KingCon Registration Policies
Purchasing Passes
Passes will be available for purchase online until THURSDAY BEFORE EVENT. After this date, passes can only be purchased in-person at KingCon Command.
Payment for advanced pass purchases is to be done through the online ticketing service. If you require a different form of payment please contact us at registration@ktabs.ca
Please register for the event with the name that matches your photo ID (health cards, drivers licenses, passports etc.). We appreciate that your preferred name may not match your legal name and thank you for understanding we require ID for picking up your pass. Pre-purchased passes are to be picked up at the Registration Desk upon your arrival at the Convention.
Proof of identity must be shown when claiming a lost wristband/badge. Any lost passes or tickets should be reported immediately to the KingCon Command centre. If you have lost your wristband/badge, please bring ID to the KingCon Command centre during operating hours in order to be issued a replacement. The cost for a replacement wristband/badge is $10.
The KingCon Command hours will be as follows:
Friday 5 pm – 9 pm
Saturday 9 am – 9 pm
Sunday 9 am – 5 pm
There will be KingCon volunteers available to provide assistance throughout the duration of the event. Please speak to someone at KingCon Command if you require assistance.
Refund Policy
Passes purchased for KingCon will be eligible for a full refund up until 11:59 PM on DATE TO BE DETERMINED FOR 2021. Refunds are not available beyond that date.
